The system automatically does the Online Billing for Rented Equipment and  generates over the web a monthly Invoice on a pre selected date, for a fixed amount and/or a variable or metered amount or both.  In the last case the system requests from the customer a reply with information for metered services (typically the current reading of the machine counter).  Once the the customer submits the metered  information an Invoice is issued for the FICCweb® and the system sends an email with the Invoice(s) attached in a pdf format.  Customer can pay right over the spot with a Credit Card or send a check.

How it Works

FICCweb® Online Autobilling is a web-based hosted real time business management solution for copiers, printers, computers or any other type of recurring billing rentals or services.  

When the pre selected day comes up the system automatically process the available services and  generates the following depending on the setup: An Invoice for a fixed amount, a fixed amount plus a metered amount(s) or a metered amount(s) alone.

The services could be mixed for the same customer, in other words one particular customer may have 3 or more services*, one with a fixed amount, one copier in color with a fixed and a metered service and one with metered info only, FICCweb® Online Autobilling will issue one Invoice or two per Service depending on billing preferences.  Once the Invoice(s) are issued the FICCweb® Online Autobilling system sends an email with the Invoice(s) attached in a pdf format.  Customer can pay right over the spot with a Credit Card or send a check

*We consider a Service for example: one copier B/W with one meter, if a customer has one color copier that has two meters he has two services.

Metered information can be billed together with the fixed amount or separate.  When a customer has a metered info, the FICCweb® Online Autobilling sends an email to the customer asking for the meter read info, then the customer replies with the meter reading information, the FICCweb system issues an invoice to the customer based on cost per copy scale pre determined for each service plus the fixed amount.
FICCweb® Online Autobilling is simple and effective. The system manages client’s accounts and informs dealers about customer service needs through the Maintenance Request option on the FICCweb®.
